diNeila will accept exchanges and returns for swimwear and lingerie within 7 days from date of delivery. All merchandise must be in original condition with all tags attached. Swimsuits and lingerie that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered cannot be accepted. Any item not received in its original conditions will be returned to you and $35 for shipping and handling will be charged. We reserve the right to refuse orders from customers with excessive return history.
All exchanges and returns must be approved in advance by contacting email@example.com or calling +1 (800) 354-5381. The customer will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number that must accompany the merchandise for the exchange or return to be accepted. Return shipping charges and replacement merchandise shipping are the responsibility of the customer. The exchanged merchandise will be shipped to the customer after the original merchandise is received by diNeila and replacement shipping charges are paid by the customer.
All merchandise is made with the highest quality standards and fully inspected before shipping. While we never expect any defective merchandise to reach a customer, in the event that this happens we will gladly replace it at no charge.
All jewelry is made to order and all sales are final. It may not be exchanged or returned.
